NurtureNest was built for mothers, by mothers.
CHAPTER ONE
From a kitchen table idea to a global movement.
In 2017, two mothers, exhausted by generic parenting advice, started recording honest conversations in a small kitchen in Seattle. What began as voice notes shared among friends quickly grew into something larger.
By 2020 we had welcomed over 12,000 mothers into our first online cohort. Today, our programs have reached 67 countries.

Dr. Lena Voss
Founder & Chief Educator
Former midwife and perinatal psychologist. Lena has guided more than 9,400 births and still answers every mother personally.
Maya Ellison
Head of Curriculum
Former doula turned curriculum designer. Maya ensures every lesson is rooted in both research and real life.

Built and scaled our global mother circles. Sofia personally welcomes each new member into our nurturing spaces.
